We open the veil of the secrets - how our products are made. And let's do it on the example of parts for the issue "Magic Edges number 27."
The finished drawing goes into production.
One of the most difficult technological operations is to make the parts cut and folded. That is why you do not need scissors. Freely separating parts from the general sheet, you can quickly and neatly glue the polyhedron.
And this is how this machine works:
The printed sheet goes on top, then a special stamp cuts out and presses down fold lines. Also, the speed at which the machine operates is equal to one sheet per second. Just imagine how much time you need to cut all the parts with scissors. Or 1 second.
After completion of the operation, the finished sheet neatly folds on the pallet.

Five hundred sheets are cut in one motion as if it were a piece of butter.
After that, the finished sheets are folded and packaged.
