www.polyhedr.com, legal form of LLC Mnogogranniki,
represented by the Director-General Chinyukin D.M., acting based on the Charter,
hereinafter referred to as the Seller, publishes a public offer to sell goods remotely.
1. DEFINITION OF TERMS
1.1. Public Offer (hereinafter - the Offer) is a public offer of the Seller, addressed to an indefinite number of persons, to conclude with the Seller a contract for the sale of goods remotely (hereinafter referred to as the Contract) under the conditions contained in this Offer, including all Appendices.
1.2. Ordering Goods on the online store website - the positions specified by the Buyer from the range of Goods offered for sale, when making an application for the purchase of the Goods on the website of the Online Store or through the Operator.
2. GENERAL PROVISIONS
2.1. Order by the Buyer of the Goods placed on the online store website means that the Buyer agrees to all the terms of this Offer.
2.2. The administration of the online store website has the right to make changes to the Offer without notifying the Buyer.
2.3. Offer validity is not limited unless otherwise indicated on the website of the online store.
2.4. The Seller provides the Buyer with complete and reliable information about the Product, including information about the main consumer properties of the Product, place of manufacture, as well as information about the warranty period and shelf life of the Product on the website of the online store, in the section title.
3. PRICE OF GOODS
3.1. The price for each item of the Goods is indicated on the online store website.
3.2. The seller has the right to change the price of any position of the Goods unilaterally.
3.3. In the event of a change in the price of the ordered Goods, the Seller shall inform the Buyer within 5 (five) days of the change in the Goods price.
3.4. The Buyer has the right to confirm or cancel the Order for the purchase of the Goods if the Seller changes the price after placing the Order.
3.5. Change by the Seller of the price of the Goods paid by the Buyer is not allowed.
3.6. 3.6. The seller indicates the cost of delivering the goods on the online store's website or informs the buyer when placing the order by the Operator.
3.7. The Buyer's obligations to pay for the Goods shall be deemed fulfilled when the Seller receives the funds.
3.8. Settlements between the Seller and the Buyer for the Goods are made by the methods indicated on the Store section's online store website.
4. ORDERING
The Buyer carries out 4.1. Ordering of Goods through the service of the website of the online store www.polyhedr.com.
4.2. When registering on the website of the online store, the Buyer undertakes to provide the following registration information:
4.2.1. surname, name, patronymic of the Buyer or the person (recipient) specified by him;
4.2.2. the address to which the Goods should be delivered (if the delivery is to the Buyer's address);
4.2.3. E-mail address;
4.2.4. contact number.
4.3. The name, quantity, assortment, article, price of the Goods selected by the Buyer shall be indicated in the Buyer's basket on the Online Store website.
4.4. If the Seller needs additional information, he is entitled to request it from the Buyer. If the Buyer does not provide the necessary information, the Seller is not responsible for the Goods selected by the Buyer.
4.5. The Buyer accepts the terms of this Offer using the Buyer entering the relevant data into the registration form on the website of the online store or when placing the Order through the Operator. After placing the Order through the Operator, data about the Buyer are registered in the Seller database. Having approved the Order of the selected goods, the Buyer provides the Operator with the necessary information by the procedure specified in clause 4.2. of this Offer.
4.6. The Seller is not responsible for the Buyer's information's content and accuracy when placing the Order.
4.7. The buyer is responsible for the accuracy of the information provided when ordering.
4.8. The contract of sale by remote method between the Seller and the Buyer is considered to be concluded from the moment the Seller issues the cash or sales receipt or another document confirming the Goods' payment to the Buyer.
5. DELIVERY AND TRANSFER OF GOODS TO THE BUYER
5.1. The Seller provides the Buyer with services for the Goods delivery in one of the ways indicated on the Online Store website.
5.2. If the Contract for the sale of goods by remote method (hereinafter referred to as the Contract) is concluded with the condition of delivery of the Goods to the Buyer, the Seller is obliged to deliver the Goods to the place specified by the Buyer within the period specified in the Contract, and if the Buyer does not specify the place of delivery of the Goods, then at his place of residence or registration.
5.3. The place of delivery of the goods the buyer indicates when placing the order for the purchase of goods.
5.4. The delivery time of the Goods to the Buyer consists of the order processing time and the delivery time.
5.5. The delivered Goods shall be transferred to the Buyer. In the absence of the Buyer - to any person presenting a receipt or other document confirming the Contract's conclusion or the delivery of the Goods.
5.6. At the time of transfer of the Goods, it is mandatory in writing to the Buyer to provide the information provided for in Appendix No. to the Agreement.
5.7. Information about the Goods is communicated to the Buyer in the technical documentation attached to the Goods, on the labels, by marking or by other means adopted for certain types of goods.
5.8. Information on the mandatory confirmation of the conformity of the Goods shall be submitted in the manner and methods established by the legislation of the Russian Federation on technical regulation, and include information on the number of the document confirming such compliance, on the period of its validity and on the organization that issued it.
